Cindy’s practice encompasses a wide array of individual, corporate and partnership transactions with international, federal, and state tax implications — including stock and asset acquisitions, mergers, restructuring, equity and ownership structuring, and real estate transactions. She also provides these services as outside tax counsel services to boutique corporate law firms and their clients. Cindy supports RGF’s domestic and international trust and estate practice, identifying income tax planning opportunities and pitfalls that arise in the design, implementation, and administration of complex trust and entity structures. Cindy also provides pro bono legal services to families seeking asylum in the United States.
